1) The hotel has at most 1 star. 2) The building needs works. 3) There are green areas that look like a jungle. 4) The decor of the rooms and corridors of access is outdated. 5) The room is small, the AC is not very efficient, chairs, table frames and shade of the veranda are full of rust. 6) The food at the hotel restaurant is nothing special. 7) The service of reception and the restaurant is weak and not very cordial. 8) At check-out they to questioned the Booked.net price.

Hotel Niko has a great lobby and staff. The buffet dinner and breakfast was included in the room price- an unexpected bonus. There was sufficient parking within an easy walk from the hotel.

This hotel was chosen from their photos on the Bookings.com link. We wanted swimming pools, chairs, and umbrellas to enjoy the Dalmatian Coast. What we found was pools full of children, many, many children and their parents, There are 4 pools with 3 of them shallow kiddee pools packed with kids. We found some chairs in front of a palm tree that had no branches...just a trunk. The noise was deafening. Still, we had a cold beer but did not enter the water. The room was very small with a very hard bed and pillows filled with spongy balls. The air conditioning could not cope very well with the 34 deg outside temperature. The hair dryer did not work. Checkout the next morning took 45 minutes. This hotel is for families only! It looks like a great place to bring the kids. It is a paradise for them. It was not fun for us watching them eat directly from the breakfast buffet trays and they walked around without their parents. We will not return.

our stay at this beach hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff was welcoming and professional, especially Kristina. the food was delicious with a huge variety of dishes, and the hotel surprised us with small gifts throughout our stay.

This hotel is really close to the beach, making it convenient for guests to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped, with basic amenities and comfortable beds, even for families with children. The breakfast is also delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

Horrible check-in (30 minutes in a queue), unpleasant and unefficient reception staff, room like in a 2 star hotel (very, very small and the decor is outdated), big jams in a restaurant during dinner and breakfast, hotel directory only in czech, room not completely prepared for 2 adults and 1 child (no towels and no hotel cosmetic), tv and telephone not working properly, hotel cosmetic consists of shower cap, soap and 1 small bag of shampoo - all together one big disaster. This is not a 4 star hotel - this is more like a 2 star hotel !!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely adored the decoration at the hotel. The elegant and classic design made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The hotel's general areas were spacious, allowing for easy navigation with my walking cane. It was delightful to see that the hotel had ramps and elevators, making it accessible for senior people like myself.

I would have appreciated a better vacation for senior people if the staff were more attentive and understanding. Sometimes, the children working there seemed preoccupied and not fully attentive to our needs.

The hotel was on a resort that included many activities for a family with children; nevertheless, the activities involved only children above the age of four. Therefore, this resort is geared more toward children above four years of age and adults.

The room was very small and uncomfortable. A portable crib was requested that made the stay even more cramped. The bathroom shower contained mold and very few toiletries were offered for this four star hotel. The room was sparse on decorations and it only had a 15" tv for viewing. I suppose the idea was to have most of our time spent outdoors; consequently, travelling with a toddler made this virtually impossible and this accomodation not ideal. Overall the rating of the room was more like a two star instead of a four star.

Enjoyable overall experience. Nice swimming pool except when the Alpitour club "owns" it with all their activities for the italian guests. Near the beach, a mini golf...

It is a bit pricy, and you still have to pay for every single service, even a mat on the beach (7€ par person)
